What is the Wallet?
The Wallet is a free digital business account that connects directly to your factoring account. It’s designed to give you faster access to your funds and more flexibility in how your money is moved.
When your factoring partner pays an invoice, those funds can be deposited straight into your Wallet, even at night, on weekends, or during bank holidays. Once funds are in your Wallet, you decide where the money goes: transfer instantly to your bank, pay drivers directly, or use instant options like Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, debit card, or ACH.
Your Wallet also keeps everything in one place, so you always have a clear view of your balance, transfers, and full funding history.
How do I set up my Wallet?
You can set up your Wallet using your unique activation link, which is shared with you by email. If you have not received an email, contact your factoring partner for a new activation link or call us at 833-947-28628.
How do I login to my Wallet?
Log in anytime at app.atob.com/wallet using the credentials you created during setup.
Who has access to the Wallet?
Only the account owner or business manager who set up the Wallet has access. Drivers will not see Wallet features when logging into the AtoB app.
How can I transfer money from my Wallet?
We offer instant transfer methods (Bank Transfer, Push to Debit, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, or Pay by Email/Text) and standard methods like ACH. Watch an interactive demo on how to send funds here.
How fast is “instant”?
When you choose an instant transfer method (Bank Transfer, Push to Debit, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, or Pay by Email/Text), funds typically arrive in the destination account within 1-2 minutes. Paypal may take up to 30 mins.
Is there a limit on how much I can transfer?
You can transfer up to $100,000 per transaction. If you need a higher limit, please contact customer support for review and approval at support@atob.com or call 833-947-28628.
