AtoB Capital – FAQ
What is AtoB Capital?
AtoB Capital is short-term working capital that helps you cover major operational expenses such as tires, repairs, maintenance, insurance, and AtoB fuel invoices. Funds are delivered instantly to your AtoB Wallet and operate separately from your fuel card’s weekly credit line.
How does AtoB Capital work?
AtoB Capital offers two ways to access funds:
- Instant Pre-Funding: Get money before paying a bill.
- Pay Later (BNPL-style): Split a recent non-fuel purchase into smaller payments after it has already been made.
Who is eligible for AtoB Capital?
Eligibility is based on your account activity and risk profile. If you qualify, you will see a Capital tab in your AtoB dashboard showing your available amount.
What is my AtoB Capital pre-approval amount based on?
our AtoB Capital pre-approval is based on the amount you factor with your factoring partner, bank balance, and payment history.
Why was my Capital line adjusted?
AtoB regularly reevaluates your Capital line to ensure you receive the maximum benefit. Your line is based on the amount you factor with your factoring partner.
How do I receive funds?
- Log in to your AtoB dashboard at app.atob.com
- Tap Capital
- Select Get Cash Now or Pay Later
- Choose your amount and installment plan
- Funds are deposited into your Wallet instantly or on a virtual cash card.
What can AtoB Capital funds be used for?
AtoB Capital may be used for:
- Repairs and maintenance
- Tire purchases
- Insurance payments
- AtoB fuel invoices
- Leasing
- Other approved operational expenses
Important: Funds cannot be used to pay competitor fuel card invoices (WEX, Comdata, RTS, etc.).
Does AtoB Capital affect my weekly fuel card credit line?
No. AtoB Capital operates independently, so your weekly fuel card credit line remains fully intact.
Can I choose how much to borrow?
Yes. You can get funded for the full amount you are pre-approved for. Any unused approved funds will remain in your Wallet as available balance.
What repayment options are available?
For instant cash funding, re-payment options can be into 4, 8, 12 or 16 payments, depending on eligibility. A processing fee applies. Repayments are automatically scheduled and visible in the Capital tab.
For pay later options, only 4-weekly installment terms are available. A small upfront procession fee will also apply.
When does repayment begin?
Repayment begins on your next scheduled installment date, which is shown clearly in your Capital dashboard before you confirm.
Can I use Capital to split a fuel purchase?
You can use Capital to pay your fuel card bill, but you cannot split individual fuel purchases. Capital cannot be used to pay invoices from other fuel card providers.
Where do I see my details and payment schedule?
Go to app.atob.com/capital or open the Capital tab in your dashboard. You can view:
- Amount borrowed
- Installments and due dates
- Remaining balance
- Status of active or completed
How do AtoB Capital payments work?
Payments are automatically taken from your primary payment method on file (i.e. your linked bank account or AtoB Wallet) based on your repayment schedule.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment fails, your Capital access may be temporarily suspended. You will see an alert in your dashboard.
How fast do I receive the funds?
You’ll receive your funds instantly. For insurance, maintenance or leasing, the amount is deposited into your Wallet or a virtual cash card. If it’s AtoB Credit balance, your credit card outstanding balance updates immediately.
How do I spend from the wallet?
You can spend the funds deposited into your wallet via:
- Topping up your fuel card balance and use your fuel card to make the necessary expense.
- Cash card linked to your wallet. You can get a virtual or physical cash card.
- Send money flow available in your wallet. You can add the merchant as a recipient and send money to the merchant.
Can I repay early?
Early repayment will be supported in a future update. For now, payments follow the scheduled installments shown in your dashboard.
Who do I contact for help?
Our support team is available 24/7.
Email support@atob.com or call +1 (833) 947-2862.
How does the capital limit interact with BNPL?
BNPL and Capital share one combined “available balance.”
Why am i no longer eligible for Capital?
You may have missed a payment, which has made you ineligible. To maintain continued access, make sure to pay on time.
